4 Years Today

Bitter Sweet. On May 12th, 5 years ago we got engaged. We also found out that my Dad was severely depressed an hour after we were engaged. He visited the hospital for depression on this day and was sent directly home. On May 12th, 4 years ago we were married in a back yard ceremony thrown by friends and friends. My Dad was no longer with us and my Mom was in recovery for PTSD at the Meadows in Arizona. It's baffles me how sorrow and happiness can be so closely intertwined. Today, I'm thankful that my grief has lessened and this is a celebration day. Happy anniversary Bob Meeker!
