New Words
I am not a mom who reads all the child development books. I should but I have so many friends that I rely on for info. Molly says about 10 words now (at 1 year of age). That seems pretty good or average to me however, I wouldn't really know for sure. Feedback friends?
Here they are in order.
1. Dada
2. Mama
3. Dog
4. Duck
5. Shoe
6. Nana (banana)
7. Becca
8. Katy
9. This
10. Hi

Opening presents, with help from the big kids!
We had about 40 people over for Molly's Birthday. It was wonderful. Everyone who has loved on her all year came to celebrate her life. She has brought so much hope to our friends and extended family.
1st Birthday Photos
Ok bloggers, I haven't been keeping up for awhile due to my depression rearing it's ugly head. ARGHHHH! I am not ashamed to say that I am back on meds again and they are working. Words can not express how grateful I am to have found something that helps. It's a life long process and I have to do all I can to stay healthy. Here are some 1st B-day pictures of Molly. We had a great time! She even put her feet in the cake. I'll post more of her big day soon.

Arboretum Pumpkin Patch
My cousins Shannon and Meghan took Molly to the Pumpkin Patch at the Dallas Arboretum last Friday. It looks like they had a great time. When they were small I took them everywhere and now they are continuing the tradition with Molly. I love it!
Molly Kate!
Molly kept raising her hands like this. Everyone kept laughing so she kept doing it. Touchdown????

One of those days
It's one of those days and I guess I've expected them to stop but they don't. It's my Mom's b-day today. It just seems strange to not have my Dad here to celebrate with us, especially because he would only be 60. Then it reminds me that he won't be here for Molly's 1st B-day and how he is missing out and more than that, how we are missing out. I'll always love this picture the most because it shows him really alive.
